Not sure. But ill tell ya a cheap and painful way to get FULL and I mean FULL lips and its not permanent. Have a bee sting your lips lol. My father is a bee keeper and since he has bees all over his farm when we go visit someone always gets stung on the lips and i swear you can truly have fat full lips lol.
