Can your lips get swollen by sunburn?

Yes. The skin on your lips is very fragile. If it gets burnt it will be damaged, and your immune system's inflammatory response will cause swelling. Use ice to bring the swelling down: 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off, do not have the ice in direct contact with your skin (wrap the ice in a washcloth or paper towel). Can your lips get swollen by sunburn?
Yes I think they can, either that or something may have bitten you. Go to A%26amp;E if you are at all concerned, better to be safe than sorry.

Good Luck. X :-)
