There are lip plumpers available like the Sally Hansen and I think theres one by NYC too. You can also use a gold shimmery eyeshadow on your cupid's bow(the area on the upper lip in the middle) cuz it makes your lips appear plumper. you can also apply ur lip gloss a little bit outside the lines on the upper lip with a shiny gloss.
