ohh that's what i always LOVE to do. Okay you have to get a really great cap stick. put it on all the time (i use Burt's bees) and when your putting on liquid OR power foundation just dab a little on, :) easy
I have pretty dark lips and what i do is i get a bit of cream/liquid foundation and i dab it on my lips.





First, apply lip balm or chapstick on your lips.


Then put a bit of foundation on them and they'll look lighter :D
