drink 3 liters of water, drink 4 cups of green tea, get 8 hours of sleep, a cup of skim milk, 4 servings of fruit, 5 servings of vegetables, fish 3x a week like salmon, exercise at least 30 minutes 4 times a week, a multivitamin, flaxseed supplement, Clarins Hydrating morning and night cream, clinique eye cream, Nevea Firming Lotion Q10, Colgate tooth whitener, no sugary/fried foods, stay out of the sun and always put Spf 15 minutes before going out, use 100%coconut oil, leave it on your hair and sleep, wash when you get up with John Freida's Frizz ease Daily shampoo, then Daily conditioner (only shampoo 3 times a week at most) and use the shampoo all over your hair WELL, then the conditioner ( a small pea size) on the half end of your hair, then brush your hair with ur fingers gently, wash off WELL with cold water then put your hair in a towel up your head, keep it and change, do whatever you want, 30 minutes later take it off and dont blow dry, your curls will be PERFECT... :DI need tips for hair, lips, and skin!!?
apply one egg (if you're having medium length hair) in your head for one hour then wash it.... u can mix some shampoo in the egg to remove the bad odour..... this will help you soften you're hair...... and if you want straight hair them iron them..... with a paper underneath..... and as for shiny skin apply some cream....... and as for lips always keep a lip balm or lip gloss with you to prevent chipping.......
Umm, volumising hair mousse

Chapstick/Vaseline

And if you live in Britain ASDA's Clearoderm stuff is actually amazingggggg and affordable but if you don't then Avon's stuff is good, but not as cheap :)
