My skin is very dry ,even it is dry now days(summer time),my lips r also very dry ,wat should i do to ?

wat diet i should take ,or it is due to some lack of vitamins or a serious problem,and my skin is like this from my childhoodMy skin is very dry ,even it is dry now days(summer time),my lips r also very dry ,wat should i do to ?
1. use a summer moisturiser and a lip balm.


if you are in India...use Vaseline intensive care aloe Vera moisturiser.


and use lotus lip balm!





2. mix rosewater with glyserine in the ratio 5:1


cleanse your face with it.





3. dont use harsh soap to clean your face ....use dove or vivil soap

Massage with Almond oil
vasaline :) works for reallllllly chapped lips

drink lots and lots of water
Drink lots of water and keep moisturiser that is oil free with you.
same here.... u can try rubbing salt on the hands when they are wet... but dont do tht if ur skin is broken... like... small scratches... other than tht i dont have n e idea wht to do... u cant really put cream bacause ur hand get all sweatty then ... n then i get pimples... because ur pores get blocked... n tht might happen on the hands... but there is a way to moisturise ur hands... u get these gloves... blue colored... u can wear them for 15 min n ur hands r soft for the rest of the day... though i dont know if u find this in india..but its definately in america.. u can try n e way... as for the lips...use nivea lip care... really good... OOOH... u can use calendula on ur hand ... apply it for like ...an hour..then wash it off.... it really works... bye..
i would recommend something you maybe should have thought of a while ago or your parents but

You will see results. ALSO before you go to bed, rub vitamin oil on your lashes and around your eyes to keep them hydrated and prevent crows feet.
me skin is too, that urs, i use all time cold cream even in summer.


does not matter it is from childhood %26amp; we cannot change our skin tone.
I think for a dry skin u should not use any type of creame to make it oily.Plz do not destroy the nature of ur skin.I think u should use creame (malai) on ur face daily then u will definitely find a change.B'coz malai moisturizes ur skin.
use coconut oil. and give kissing to someone.
Everbody has different skin types from birth.


I myself tend to have dry skin in some seasons.


Try to eat a blanced diet %26amp; if you have trouble try taking iron supplements or cod liver oil :)


My skin can become very dry in both Summer %26amp; Winter.


Try find oil-based creams which have UV Sun Protection - because sun affects you in Winter too :):)


As for your lips, if they are dry don't pick them - that's my habit :P lol


Maybe try Blistex which you can get from your local Pharmacy or Supermarket :)

for your face use moisturiser or liquid and not cream that has spf to stop drying your face.





for the body, use lotion with spf either.





for lips, use lipbalm, petrolium jelly to prevent dryness, chappy lips and look for with spf too.





for supplement drink vitamins that has anti-oxidant, E and C





and drink lots of water
lips dry in summer for those people whohave the problem of mouth breahting.. breath through ur nose and ur lips will continue to remain damp.. if u cannot do that.. use glycerine on ur lips..


to keep ur body from drying.. consume cucumber, tender water,curd, buttermilk, oil the scalp twice a week atleast.
one thing you should do if youre not already is drink water it helps the skin more than you think one sign of dehydration is dry skin and chapped lips


also try a night moisturizer its better than the ones that you use during the day


and for you lips chapstick and make sure not to lick or bite your lips very often since it could spread bacteria onto you lips causing them to be dry
Since your skin is in this stated condition from childhood it must be hereditary and the best option is to get it diagnosed by a doctor .To keep your lips from drying up you can use Vaseline moisturiser and apply it on your lips whenever you feel it is dry .

i suggest to put a pack of olive oil glicerine and flour and put it once in every 3 days in 30 days your skinn will be much better
avoid using soap mukesh..and when you do use a soap with glycerine eg ';pears';..another good thing you can use exteranally is honey just apply it on your face keep for as long as possible and then wash with plain cold water..also alter your diet to accomidate things contaning natural oil's groundnuts,almonds,fish,etc..and foods rich in vitamin C eg. tomatoes,and all citrus fruits...never lick your lips.its best to use lip guard or petroleum jelly...
For your skin there are some tips 4 U: In bowl take 2 spoon of floar, then add rose water into it also add 2 spoon of honey to it, then make paste of it, atlast massage that paste for 3 min and allow to dry up for 10 min, then wash your face with cold water, To avoid lip dryness take nulk warm ghee %26amp; massage it %26amp; also you can massage curd. Drink milk everyday that gives vitamins to your body %26amp; eat watermelon that stop the dryness of you body. You can use glycerine to stop every dryness of your body.

Drink 8-10 glasses a water per day. Also 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a glass of water or juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach follow with 16 ounces of water.
