nope. the menthol in blistex may feel like your lips have plumped up but its really just the cooling effect of the menthol. using a chapstick makes your lips look better naturally because they look more moisturized and aren't thick like lip glosses.. but there are no plumping effects.Does blistex make your lips bigger?
no.......but try lip plumper! but lol if you are a guy i would not suggest that.
