Use a lighter color liner and coordinating lipstick. Line your lips just going very slightly outside the natural lip line. Then put on the lipstick (or you can just fill the entire lip with the liner.)
Get another lipstick that is very light and shimmery and just put a dot of that on the center of the bottom lip and blend. You can also do two smaller dots on each side of the center of your upper lip, if you want. You can actually use a light glittery eye shadow in white or another color that would blend well with your finger,
Top it off with a lip gloss. I like to use something in a sparkly light pink.How to line your lips to make them look fuller without looking trashy or to obviouse??? HELPPP!!!??????????
You need to first out line them with a pencil. then you color it in lightly with the pencil. Then you take the lipstick and go over lightly if you want you can put gloss over it too. This why it would be noticeable but your lips will look full.
Use a shade of lip liner that is similar to the shade of gloss or lipstick that you are using. Also, make sure to blend and smudge with your gloss/lipstick.
