So i noticed today that i have started to form these tiny flat brownish dots on the lips of my vagina. I am sexually active, but its usually protected. Im concerned it could be a std or something worse. Nothing itches or hurts they are just kind of an eye sore. I never had these before and they are starting to worry me. It might be condylomata acuminata, one manifestation of Human Papillomavirus infection.

Could just be razor burn if you shave. You should see a doctor either way though.
It is not a STD.
