LOTS OF THINGS COULD BE WRONG , MOST ALLERGIC REACTIONS WILL HAVE RASH ON CHEST OR FACE, SOFT TISSUE YOU MAY HAVE JUST A REACTION TO A BITE, ALL BITES HAVE PROTEIN'S AND THE BUMP SHOULD ITCH IN SOME AREAS AND BE SORE IN OTHERS , SOME REDNESS IS ALMOST ALWAYS PRES, IF NOT THEN GET TO A DOC TO GET IT CHECKED , AS A BUMP CAN BE BAD IF IT DOESN'T FIT A BITE.
